Jaizen Suel was a Jedi Knight of the female persuasion who served the Jedi Order. During the waning years of the Galactic Republic, she acted as a pilot within the Jedi Starfighter Corps.
Having been discovered as Force-sensitive when she was young, Jaizen Suel was brought into the academy located at the Jedi Temple's on Coruscant. There, she received instruction in the ways of the Force. Suel eventually achieved the rank of Jedi Knight and started her own studies on the path of the Jedi Guardian, aspiring to join the Jedi Starfighter Corps. Jedi Suel became a highly regarded pilot ace and was viewed as a maverick by the Jedi, getting involved in local issues like piracy and slavery and disregarding the counsel of the Jedi High Council.
Despite her reputation, Jedi Suel answered the call to arms of Master of the Order Mace Windu at the height of the Separatist Crisis. She piloted her Delta-7 Aethersprite-class light interceptor above Geonosis, offering support to the newly formed Grand Army of the Republic as it fought against the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Suel navigated her starfighter through Geonosis' asteroid field, flying under the command of High Councilors Adi Gallia and Oppo Rancisis during the battle.
Suel attained the rank of General within the army and spent much of her time in the Outer Rim, taking part in the Outer Rim Sieges that occurred throughout the war. Towards the end of the conflict, Suel exchanged her standard Jedi starfighter for a customized CloakShape fighter called the Dawn Raider.
