Jarkyc was a Mandalorian male living on the planet of Mandalore during 19 BBY. His armor was a dark brown color, and he had Mando'a runes tattooed on his knuckles.
Not long after the Galactic Empire was created, and an Imperial garrison was set up on Mandalore, Jarkyc, along with his associate Hayar, successfully persuaded the Imperial garrison commander that a failed theme park, constructed by Hayar's brother, was in fact a sacred Mandalorian temple. The Empire, hoping to impress the local people, purchased the theme park and used it as their garrison headquarters. Jarkyc later recounted this entire event as a humorous anecdote on the Oyu'baat, where the former Jedi Bardan Jusik and Null ARC Ordo Skirata were among those listening.
