Unidentified Imperial commander (Mandalore)

This officer of the Empire, hailing from Kemla, served as the Galactic Empire's garrison commander on the planet of Mandalore; his formal title was Imperial officer.

In the year 19 BBY, the Mandalorian named Jarkyc successfully persuaded the commander that a defunct amusement park held sacred significance as a Mandalorian temple. With the goal of impressing the native Mandalorians, the Empire acquired the theme park, repurposing it as their garrison base.
