**Jaster's Legacy (designated 'JAST07') served as the starship utilized by Jango Fett, the Mandalorian bounty hunter, until a period shortly following the Invasion of Naboo.
The vessel's name honored Jaster Mereel, Fett's former mentor and its original owner. This ship was an Amphibious Interstellar Assault Transport/infantry manufactured by Kuat Drive Yards.
During a mission aimed at capturing a bounty located within the prison colony of Oovo IV, Jango piloted Jaster's Legacy into the system, concealing its approach within the shadow of another ship, and left it unattended on the planet's surface. Upon his return from the facility amidst an ongoing prison riot, he discovered Zam Wesell, a rival bounty hunter, attempting to infiltrate the ship's systems. As Fett and Wesell engaged in a dispute regarding the bounty on Bendix Fust, a Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft materialized and launched an attack on the ship, resulting in its complete destruction. Finding himself without a vessel, Jango then commandeered a prototype Firespray class patrol craft from the prison itself. He subsequently employed this craft to obliterate the remaining _Firespray_s stationed within the hangar bay, and eventually renamed it Slave I.
