Jooro Jarrot

Jooro Jarrot, whose alias was "Speeds," was a Quarren who belonged to the Ganguls, a biker organization. As the biker gang evolved and broadened its scope to include piracy, Jarrot continued to serve as the Ganguls' second-highest ranking member, reporting directly to their leader, Sellaccc Orryak. In battle, Jarrot's weapon of choice was a net caster.
