Joy, situated on the planet Korbin, was a city. Similar to other urban centers located there, for example Pleasant City, Happy, and Peace, it found itself under the dominion of criminal elements who bestowed its moniker, despite the circumstances being less dire than those in Pleasant City. Consequently, and due to its diminutive scale, Joy gained the reputation of being a Small-Timer.
