Peace, a settlement located on the world of Korbin, was designated as a city. Similar to other urban areas on the planet, for instance Pleasant City, Happy, and Joy, Peace operated without legal structures and was governed by criminal elements. These criminals, in a display of cynicism, bestowed upon it an optimistic name, despite the reality that the situation was not as dire as that of Pleasant City. Consequently, and due to its limited scale, Peace gained the reputation of being a Small-Timer.
