Kaj Nedmak, a smuggler of the male persuasion and Human species, hailed from the world of Drall. He played a role in the Battle of Ylesia as an atmosphere guide.
Later in his life, Kaj found love with a smuggler named Celia Durasha who originated from Lankashiir. Together, they undertook numerous assignments for the criminal masterminds Bwahl, a Hutt, and Rass M'Guy. However, when one smuggling operation went wrong, Bwahl contracted the bounty hunter Thune for their capture. Thune pursued them to Ord Mantell, where she came close to succeeding, even almost killing Kaj. Nevertheless, the smugglers outsmarted her, making their escape with her ship and droid, U-THR.
