The KE-UW33, also called the Kamino submarine or simply the Kamino sub, represented a type of submersible craft produced by Kamino Engineering for operations on the water planet of Kamino.

The KE-UW33, or "Kamino submarine," was a submarine model specifically designed for use on the aquatic planet Kamino. This Kamino sub featured a spherical cockpit positioned between twin air-filtering nacelles, each measuring 7.3 meters in length. Headlights along with taillights were integrated into the nacelles. In cases of emergency, the cockpit was designed to detach from the rest of the vehicle, functioning as a life pod. The KE-UW33 submarine could achieve speeds of up to 140 kph. Since Kamino's oceans lacked any dangerous marine life, the Kamino submarine was not outfitted with any weaponry. The KE-UW33 was designed to accommodate only a single pilot.
The KE-UW33 functioned as a submersible vehicle, enabling travel through bodies of water. Engineered specifically for the depths of Kamino, the KE-UW33 was capable of withstanding the immense pressures found in the aquatic planet's deepest oceans. Its headlights provided sufficient illumination to cut through the dark depths.

Kamino Engineering was the manufacturer of the KE-UW33 submarine.
During the Battle of Kamino in 21 BBY, Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi utilized a KE-UW33 to explore Kamino's underwater environment. Kenobi's investigation of the depths was prompted by his suspicion regarding falling debris originating from destroyed Separatist ships. While submerged, Kenobi uncovered Separatist aqua droids in the process of assembling the "debris" into Trident-class assault ships. The aqua droids then attacked Kenobi within his KE-UW33, forcing the Jedi to eject from the submarine. Ultimately, he was rescued by a passing Aiwha.
The KE-UW33 first appeared in the 2010 Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode titled "ARC Troopers" and was referred to as the "Kamino submarine". Concept artist Thang Le designed the Kamino sub, working under the direction of supervising director Dave Filoni. The reference book Star Wars Encyclopedia of Starfighters and Other Vehicles, published in 2018, formally identified the Kamino submarine as the "KE-UW33".
