Keffan was a person who existed in the era of the Galactic Empire, specifically during the time. He experienced a robbery near an unidentified bazaar located on the Outer Rim planet called Crucival. In the year 4 BBY, Pira Ten, who belonged to the Opaline Creed, shared the story of this event with her acquaintance, Hazram Namir, while inquiring if he had faced comparable issues at the same establishment. Keffan remained unable to use his fingers even up to that time.
