Kh'aris Fenn, a Twi'lek with white skin, lived during the era of the Galactic Republic. As the son of Clan Fenn's leader, Ro Fenn, he suffered banishment from Ryloth due to committing severe offenses.
Count Dooku's scheme to seize control of Ryloth involved Fenn, as did the engagement of the Crimson Nova bounty hunters to assault the Jedi during the Clone Wars. However, Fenn's use of Dooku's own money to hire the bounty hunters was viewed by the Count as theft. The fact that he hired them within Republic territory, provoking the Jedi and creating a traceable path back to Fenn, ultimately sabotaged Dooku's Ryloth takeover plans and proved to be the final offense. Consequently, Dooku dispatched his apprentice Quinlan Vos, disguised as Rh'ajah Fenn, to eliminate Fenn. He was beheaded, after which Quinlan Vos created a holovid intended to serve as both a demonstration and a warning regarding the consequences of betraying Dooku and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
Before Vos could be considered a reliable Dark Acolyte, Dooku subjected him to a series of trials, of which Fenn's execution was among the last.
