Ro Fenn, an overweight white Twi'lek male, held a position on the Twi'lek Ruling Council located in Lessu during 28 BBY. This Twi'lek was also the leader of Clan Fenn.
Fenn banished his son, Kh'aris, from their home world of Ryloth due to heinous acts, which Fenn himself had perpetrated. Despite promising Kh'aris a brief exile, it persisted for numerous years, concluding only when Kh'aris, aided by Count Dooku, came back to Ryloth with the intention of seizing power. Nevertheless, his plan failed, and Lon Secura persuaded the Council to condemn Fenn to the Bright Lands where he would be killed.
