The Khoonda Plains. On the planet of Dantooine, the Khoonda Plains encompassed the land where the Matale estate once stood. This estate was eventually reconstructed and renamed Khoonda, becoming the center of Dantooine's governance following the Jedi Civil War. Situated close to the Jedi Enclave, the plains served as the entrance to the crystal cave. During the First Jedi Purge, the Battle of Khoonda unfolded on these very plains. The plains were populated by creatures such as kinrath, kath hounds, and Humans residing in the adjacent Khoonda settlement.
