This King's Ransom fuel transporter featured a design where the cockpit was located below the tank section. A single pilot could operate the ship. Several escape pods were installed on the cockpit's side. The model of this transporter included a pair of landing gears.
This starship was a component of the Tammuz-an shipping fleet. Later, it was gifted to Meade as an expression of gratitude for her assistance to King Mon Julpa in securing his position on the throne. Meade utilized the ship for transporting cargo for Tammuz-an. During one voyage, while transporting fuel for the Tammuz-an space navy, the Ransom was seized by pirates led by Gir Kybo Ren-Cha. After Meade made her escape from the pirate base situated on Tarnoonga, the pirates pursued her and destroyed the vessel using their captured Star Destroyer, known as the Demolisher, prior to Ren-Cha's assault on Tammuz-an.
