Klaus Janson is an artist who contributed to Star Wars comics during the period from the late 1970s to the early 1980s, a time when Marvel Comics possessed the license to produce these comic books. He served as the inker for the majority of the War on Ice / Kingdom of Ice story arc, and he also participated in the creation of Star Wars Annual (1977) 3 as an inker, penciller, and colorist, in addition to designing the cover art for that particular issue.
Outside of his involvement with Star Wars, Janson is primarily recognized for his work on Daredevil and Batman in collaboration with Frank Miller.
