Knel'char III was among the trio of stars around which Darkknell revolved, in addition to Knel'char I and II.
During the reign of Sith Lord Daiman over Darkknell, he convinced the people that he was perpetually observing them via the stars Knel'char II and Knel'char III, which he dubbed his "eyes." Should an individual dare to chuckle when the stars' orbital paths made him appear cross-eyed, Daiman would dispatch his Correctors to "correct" the offender.
