The Korga Cave, situated on the Forest moon of Endor, once served as a hunting outpost. This outpost was constructed inside the cave by the Duloks belonging to the Korga tribe.
Following the Battle of Yavin, the group known as Rescue Our Lesser Brothers resolved to aid the Ewok species, who were threatened by the aggressive Duloks. This organization concluded that a reduction in the Korga tribe's numbers would positively impact the Ewoks. Consequently, an envoy was dispatched to Endor with the mission of enlisting individuals to assault the Korga Cave.
During the era of the Galactic Civil War, it was speculated that the Korga maintained connections with the Rebel Alliance. In 1 ABY, Yondalla, a lieutenant of Jabba the Hutt, sent a spacer to the Korga Cave. The spacer's mission was to retrieve a CorSec prisoner transfer document, which had been pilfered by the Rebels. At a later time, a spacer journeyed to the cave and acquired an Ewok crossbow.
The Korga Cave was featured as a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game, developed by Sony Online Entertainment and released by LucasArts. The game was available until its shutdown on December 15, 2011.
