Krastan was a bounty hunter of the Gran species and male gender, who sported a burgundy flight suit. He maintained a friendship with Stiper, who was a Balosar. In the year 21 ABY, Krastan found himself at Sennifer's Beam and Balance, situated on Boxer Point Station. It was there that Ochi, a Jedi hunter, started gathering a team to assist him in locating a young girl for the Sith, with the ultimate goal of bringing her to Exegol. Subsequently, Krastan and Stiper were employed by the Bosvarga twins, Bosvarga and Cerensco, to aid Ochi. They journeyed to Nightside, located within the Therezar system, aboard Ochi's starship, the Bestoon Legacy. Krastan, along with Bosvarga and three additional bounty hunters, were dispatched to the planet Torrenoteer Minor to locate the girl and her family. Upon their arrival on Torrenoteer Minor, they were confronted by Lando Calrissian and Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, who were also in pursuit of the family. During the ensuing skirmish, Krastan met his demise at the hands of Skywalker, after the Jedi used his lightsaber to deflect the Gran's blaster bolts back at him.
