Lanu Pasiq, an operative within the Imperial Inquisitorius, played a role in the pursuit of Jedi Padawan fugitive Drake Lo'gaan and his companions, Ekria and Zonder. Following the establishment of the Galactic Empire in 19 BBY, Pasiq, who possessed Force-sensitivity, found herself among a group of prisoners comprised of former members of the Agricultural Corps and other Force-adept individuals. She, alongside Antinnis Tremayne, Halmere, and Gwellib Ap-Llewff, was handpicked by the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader to become one of the initial members of the Inquisitorius.
One of her initial assignments involved the capture of Lo'gaan, who was using the alias "Jodd Sonta." Under Tremayne's leadership, Pasiq and the other Inquisitors made several unsuccessful attempts to apprehend the Jedi. Pasiq devoted a significant amount of time and resources to the pursuit of Lo'gaan, collaborating with Imperial Intelligence. While Zonder, one of Lo'gaan's allies, was captured and subsequently killed by Vader, the Inquisitors failed to capture Lo'gaan or Ekria, leaving the task to the Dark Lord himself.
During the Imperial era, Lanu Pasiq, a Human female from Dathomir, exhibited Force-sensitivity. By 19 BBY, she was part of a large group of individuals, including Agricultural Corps members and other Force adepts, who were imprisoned by the newly formed Galactic Empire. This group was confined within a large chamber located on the Deep Core planet of Byss, overseen by Sly Moore, an Imperial government official. One day, Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader, the Dark Lord of the Sith, visited the prisoners. After deactivating their binders, Vader engaged the entire group in combat. He easily overwhelmed the prisoners, including Pasiq, until Antinnis Tremayne interfered by pressing a button on Vader's life-support system, which restricted the Dark Lord's breathing. Impressed by this action, Vader chose Pasiq, Tremayne, and two other prisoners, Halmere and Gwellib Ap-Llewff, to accompany him, and then ordered the execution of the remaining prisoners.

Together with Vader, this group formed the Imperial Inquisitorius, an organization serving the Dark Lord by hunting down fugitive Jedi Knights. Sometime later, Pasiq attended a speech given by Tremayne in the Jrade District on Imperial Center to the Commission for the Preservation of the New Order's Sub-Adult Group. Following this, Pasiq participated in a training session with her fellow Inquisitors, supervised by Vader. During the sparring session, Tremayne mentioned to Vader that he believed a fugitive Jedi Padawan was at large on Imperial Center. Vader responded by grabbing Tremayne by the throat and instructing him to attack during training, rather than defend. Tremayne then grabbed Pasiq by the wrist, threw her into Halmere, and took both her and Halmere's lightsabers, as well as Ap-Llewff's. With Tremayne demonstrating his superiority, Vader departed, instructing the Inquisitor to rid the galaxy of the Jedi.
Tremayne later determined that the fugitive Padawan was Jodd Sonta, and that he was collaborating with Zonder, a Selonian Jedi fugitive. When Zonder was scheduled to depart for Byss as a slave, Tremayne believed Sonta would attempt a rescue. While Tremayne boarded the transport to confront Sonta, Pasiq, Halmere, and Ad-Llewff awaited further instructions. They were later ordered by Tremayne to eliminate Zonder. As they approached with blasters drawn, the three Inquisitors encountered a group of non-Humans, led by Zonder and another Jedi fugitive, Ekria. Halmere demanded Zonder's surrender, while Pasiq insisted that the other non-Humans return to their cabins. The non-Humans resisted the Inquisitors' demands and attacked.
When Zonder bit Halmere's arm, Pasiq opened fire on Ekria, but the Jedi deflected the shot with an armored wrist gauntlet. Pasiq was then tackled by a Talz before Imperial stormtroopers arrived and began firing on the insurgents, forcing them to retreat into the transport. However, they escaped aboard a Bantha-II cargo skiff stored in the cargo hold. Sonta also evaded Tremayne's grasp, prompting the Inquisitor to instruct his colleagues to conceal their failure from Vader, who was off-planet. Tremayne assured Pasiq, Halmere, and Ap-Llewff that they would eliminate the Jedi before the Dark Lord returned to Imperial Center.
Tremayne later traveled off-world to hunt two Jedi, a Gotal and a Zeltron. He succeeded and extracted information from the Zeltron regarding the whereabouts of other Jedi. Pasiq and Vader personally greeted Tremayne upon his return, and the Dark Lord debriefed the Inquisitor. After Vader left, Tremayne questioned Pasiq about her progress in finding Sonta, but she claimed they had disappeared. Realizing he needed to act quickly to conceal his failure from Vader, Tremayne planned to visit Director Armand Isard of Imperial Intelligence with Pasiq the next day, intending to use Intelligence's resources to search for any trace of Sonta in the planetary media and surveillance networks. Pasiq inquired about acting on the Zeltron Jedi's intelligence, but Tremayne insisted that Sonta was the priority.
At Imperial Intelligence Headquarters, Pasiq used a computer console to track down Sonta. She displayed an image of Sonta on a large viewscreen, attracting the attention of Isard's daughter, Ysanne. After being distracted by the young girl, Pasiq found a news report about an Omwati couple who had been attacked by thugs but were saved by three young, skilled combatants, one of whom was described as a "huge furry beast." Tremayne was confident that they had located Sonta and his companions. Acting on this information, Tremayne attempted to capture Sonta at the Omwati couple's apartment, but the fugitive escaped again.
Afterward, Pasiq stayed at Tremayne's quarters and used his sauna. While Tremayne was meditating, Prince Xizor of House Sizhran arrived, and Pasiq let him in. The Falleen prince joined Pasiq in the sauna, and she was affected by his pheromones. By the time Tremayne finished meditating, Pasiq was sitting on the prince's lap, giggling. Tremayne was outraged, but Xizor calmed him down. The two agreed to help each other. Tremayne provided Xizor with information about Vader, and Xizor, aware of the Inquisitor's hunt for Sonta, remained silent.
Tremayne's alliance with Xizor led to the Falleen prince capturing the Selonian Jedi Zonder. Among Zonder's belongings was a communication device. Pasiq and her staff discovered that the device was too heavily encrypted to trace and could not immediately locate the other two fugitives. Pasiq was present when Tremayne tortured Zonder, hoping to learn the location of Sonta and Ekria. The Selonian used the Force to levitate Pasiq and bring her close to him, declaring that he was not desperate, only hungry. At that moment, Vader entered the room, activated Zonder's communication device, and ordered Zonder to be freed from his restraints. The Dark Lord returned Zonder's lightsaber, and the two dueled. Zonder was wounded and remarked to Pasiq that it was fortunate he hadn't eaten her. The duel ended quickly, and Vader beheaded Zonder.

According to Tremayne, Zonder possessed a recording. After reprimanding Tremayne, Vader had Pasiq play the recording, which showed Baron Orman Tagge conversing with Emperor Palpatine and plotting to replace Vader as the Emperor's second-in-command. After the recording finished, Vader ordered Tremayne to destroy it and informed the Inquisitors that he would send them assistance in capturing the Jedi, in the form of two clone troopers, CC-5052 and CT-6734, nicknamed "Bly" and "Galle." Bly had known Ekria from the Battle of Felucia during the Clone Wars and mentioned that she was a skilled slicer. With this knowledge, Director Isard devised a plan to locate Ekria during a meeting with Pasiq, Tremayne, Bly, and Galle. Additionally, Vader determined that "Jodd Sonta" was a cover for the Jedi Padawan's real name: Drake Lo'gaan.
Intelligence successfully located the Jedi, and Pasiq, Tremayne, and the clones traveled to their location aboard a Low Altitude Assault Transport. Before they arrived, a large explosion destroyed the apartment where the Jedi were believed to be hiding. Ekria and Lo'gaan escaped aboard an airspeeder. Tremayne ordered Bly to pursue them, and a chase ensued through the towers of Imperial City. Three V-wing starfighters joined the chase and opened fire on the airspeeder, forcing it to crash. Ekria jumped onto a nearby building, while Lo'gaan jumped to a platform, which had been his intended destination. On the platform, Vader was preparing to depart for Tepasi to deal with Baron Tagge. Vader's Noghri guards subdued and captured Lo'gaan, and the Dark Lord tasked Tremayne with capturing Ekria, who had escaped. The Inquisitor failed, but both Jedi were believed to have been killed soon afterward on Tepasi.
In 4 ABY, Palpatine and Vader died during the Battle of Endor, a key battle between the Empire and the Rebel Alliance. Following the battle, Pasiq allied herself with the secessionist Imperial warlord Zsinj.
Pasiq shared her opinions on the Imperial hierarchy with Ysanne Isard while working at Imperial Intelligence, stating that Armand Isard was not in control of his own department. Later, upon meeting Prince Xizor, she fell under the influence of his Falleen pheromones and became overly amorous toward him.
Lanu Pasiq debuted in Paul Ens' webstrip, Evasive Action: Recruitment. She was unnamed in Recruitment but was later identified in Evasive Action: Prey. Pasiq also appeared in the final installment of the series, Evasive Action: End Game. Tom Hodges illustrated Lanu Pasiq in all of her appearances. She was briefly mentioned in the 2012 publication The Essential Guide to Warfare, by Jason Fry and Paul Urquhart.
