Lathaam lived in the Najiba area.
Lathaam was a regular at the primary drinking establishment near the spaceport on Najiba. He had a reputation for talking too much, so when Adalric Cessius Brandl arrived on Najiba searching for transportation to Trulalis, Lathaam was the first to voice his opinion. He informed the Dark Jedi that no starship could leave the planet while the Children of Najiba were in the vicinity. Brandl responded by using telekinesis to kill Lathaam's significant other, Arruna, through asphyxiation. Lathaam, heartbroken, carried Arruna's lifeless body from the bar.
