Level Two could be found on the planet of Starkiller Base. Following the setup of Lieutenant Sol Rivas as the scapegoat for the Starkiller Base shield reduction, Captain Phasma initially saw Rivas on the southern platform of Level Two. She then tried to apprehend him, but her efforts were thwarted by ongoing detonations across the base.
