Liang Yang, a stunt performer and actor from China, is most famous for his role as FN-2199 in the film Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Beyond his work in the Star Wars franchise, Yang has contributed his stunt expertise to other well-known productions. These include Skyfall, where he also appeared as a bodyguard, and Game of Thrones, where he was the stunt double for Pedro Pascal in his role as Oberyn Martell. Yang's stunt work earned him Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2013 and 2015; specifically, he won Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture for Skyfall, and Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series for Game of Thrones.
