Loce

Loce, the planet of origin for the Locan species (a sentient group of near-Human beings), existed within the Loce system located in the region of Wild Space. Talas Piran, a young Locan, considered this planet his homeworld. By 2 BBY, Piran had been seized by enslavers who removed him from Loce, and he was ultimately sold to a company authorized by the Galactic Empire. This company forced him to log trees on Hintivan II, a world situated within the Corva sectors of the Outer Rim Territories'.

Behind the scenes

Alliance Intelligence Reports, a 1995 publication for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game by West End Games, initially referenced Loce. Later, in 2009, The Essential Atlas positioned the Loce system, and consequently the planet Loce, within grid square S-4.
