Lora Nadad

Lora Nadad, a Human with Force-sensitive abilities, was born on Forard to a family, but became an orphan early in life. Eventually, she rose to become the informal leader of a group of orphans known as "The Lost" within the city. At nineteen years of age, Nadad's Force abilities were discovered, leading to her induction into the Jedi Order. She then began training in the Force at the experimental Academy located on Almas, a location far from the oversight of the Jedi High Council on Coruscant.

While at the Academy, Nadad formed a friendship with fellow apprentice Alurali, and together they dedicated themselves to improving the lives of The Lost. As the Clone Wars unfolded, Nadad exercised her Right of Denial, declining to go to Coruscant to accept a military rank within the Grand Army of the Republic. Towards the war's conclusion, a Dark Jedi by the name of Garth Ezzar launched a devastating attack and destroyed the academy in a surprise assault on Almas. Nadad survived this attack and escaped to a warehouse on Cularin, managing to remain hidden as the Great Jedi Purge commenced under the Galactic Empire at the war's end.
