A Storm within the Nihil pirate group existed under the command of the Twi'lek plunderer Lourna Dee. This occurred sometime after she became a member of the Nihil, but before she was promoted to Tempest Runner. Dee's Storm was a component of the Tempest led by Pan Eyta.
The audio drama The High Republic: Tempest Runner, which was released in 2021 and written by Cavan Scott with a full cast of voice actors, included flashbacks that featured Lourna Dee's Storm.
