Luftgriff Peak existed as a section of the Iridium Mountains mountain range, which itself was located on the planet of Vandor. The peak's designation was the same as that of the luftgriff species. The mountain was cleaved nearly in two as a consequence of an explosion that occurred in 10 BBY during Tobias Beckett's heist which targeted a conveyex.
