Mahwi Lihnn

Mahwi Lihnn was a female Human bounty hunter operating in the final years of the Galactic Republic.

Biography

After she was forced to flee her home planet for killing a corrupt government official, Mahwi Lihnn began her career as a bounty hunter in 42 BBY. For the decade leading up to 32 BBY, Lihnn pursued various bounties on planets such as Ord Mantell, Roon, and Tatooine, among others.

In 32 BBY, Rune Haako of the Trade Federation contracted Lihnn to capture and bring back Hath Monchar, whom he considered a "traitor." Monchar's disappearance had caused concern and annoyance for Darth Sidious. Sidious suspected Monchar, who possessed knowledge of the Trade Federation's impending blockade of Naboo, of planning to reveal the confidential plans.

Lihnn successfully located Hath Monchar, but this endeavor became her final bounty hunt. Making her first and last visit to Coruscant, Lihnn initially searched Monchar's apartment in the Kaldani Spires Residential apartment complex before tracking him to the Dewback Inn. Shadowing Darth Maul, who was also tracking Monchar while disguised, Lihnn arrived at the Neimoidian's location only to discover he had already been murdered by Maul. Sidious had dispatched Maul, his apprentice, to eliminate Monchar and anyone he might have shared information with. The two hunters, each unaware of the other's mission, encountered each other, prompting Lihnn to draw her BlasTech DL-44 heavy blaster pistols on Maul. Initially, Lihnn had the advantage, with Maul cornered. However, the Sith used the Force to distract Lihnn by telekinetically throwing a fallen bodyguard's blaster at her. Lihnn quickly regained her composure and fired at Maul as he activated his double-bladed lightsaber. Guided by the dark side of the Force, Maul deflected several blaster shots back at the bounty hunter. Despite the fact that none of the blaster bolts penetrated Lihnn's shell spider silk armor, Lihnn became desperate and prepared to launch a wrist-mounted rocket. Recognizing the potential destruction of such a blast, Maul escaped by cutting through the adjacent wall and down through the floor. As the rocket fired, Lihnn realized the Sith had escaped and attempted to retreat back into the hallway. However, the explosion's force propelled Lihnn halfway through the opposite wall, abruptly ending the career and life of the female bounty hunter.

Behind the scenes
