Makos was a male Human serving within the ranks of the Arkinnea Militia. During the year 19 BBY, he held a position as a crewmember aboard an ore carrier. This carrier was ostensibly transporting refugees to a secondary outpost, yet its true purpose was the clandestine disposal of these individuals via fatal drops. On one such mission, Makos was dispatched to ensure no refugees remained attached to the vessel. Although he discovered no refugees, he instead came across a party of Jedi headed by Jedi Master Zao along with Jedi Knight K'Kruhk. The Militia initiated an attack, unleashing a barrage of fire upon the Jedi group; however, the Jedi were successful in fleeing into the surrounding forest. Subsequently, K'Kruhk employed the Force to pull the carrier downwards, causing it to crash into the ground, triggering a significant explosion that most likely caused the death of Makos.
