The mantle of the supreme representative is a senatorial mantle of the Neimoidian species, specifically worn by Neimoidian Senator Lott Dod during his tenure in the Senate of the Galactic Republic. This mantle was characterized by a strip of purple fabric, adorned with subtle swirl designs, that draped over the shoulders and encircled the neck. Furthermore, a diamond-shaped symbol was positioned beneath the shoulder on both sides of the garment. Rune Haako was also seen wearing this mantle at the Petranaki Arena which was located on the planet of Geonosis.
The first appearance of the mantle of the supreme representative was in Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace, a film released in 1999 as part of the prequel trilogy. Its official identification occurred later, in 2017, with the publication of the reference book Star Wars: The Visual Encyclopedia.
