The racing organization of Marcus Speedstar was a racing team created by the racer Marcus Speedstar, comprising himself, his mechanic Oplock, and the astromech droid R4-D12.
The initial appearance of Marcus Speedstar's racing team occurred in "The Platform Classic," specifically in the ninth installment of the first season of the TV show Star Wars Resistance, broadcasted on November 25, 2018. The team received its first official identification in Ultimate Star Wars, New Edition, a reference book from 2019, and its visual debut was in "Meet Team Fireball", a video published on the official Star Wars YouTube channel.
