Mark Richard Durden-Smith

Mark Richard Durden-Smith, who was born on February 8, 1944, and often goes by the name Richard Durden, is a British actor. In the 2019 movie Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker, he takes on the role of a First Order officer. Specifically, he is seen as a member of the First Order Supreme Council during the scene where Kylo Ren presents Boolio's head and announces the presence of a spy inside the First Order.
