The Marleyvane shipyards constituted a set of shipyards situated on the planet called Marleyvane. After the Imperial Navy's One Oh Third Task Force failed in their endeavor to capture Scrim Island, which is located on Batonn, Admiral Durril, who was the commander of the force's, received instructions from Fleet Admiral Jok Donassius to bring his damaged ships to the Marleyvane shipyards in order to have them repaired.
