Maryann Brandon is a motion picture editor who often teams up with J.J. Abrams. Her editing credits include both Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. For her contributions to The Force Awakens, she was nominated for an Academy Award, sharing the nomination with Mary Jo Markey. She also shared editing duties on The Rise of Skywalker alongside Stefan Grube. Brandon holds membership in the American Cinematic Editors (ACE).
