Melikah was a Sith Human of the female persuasion. She fought for the reconstituted Sith Empire at the dawn of the Galactic War. In 3642 BBY, she participated in the attack on the Fortitude as a member of the Sith military. The Barsen'thor defeated her during combat.
Her proficiency as a Sith sorcerer was clear from her use of abilities like Force Lightning and Force Storm. Furthermore, she demonstrated the ability to use a dark side version of force heal. She was the most powerful Sith involved in the assault, with the exceptions of Arrax and Tasandra.
