Milenec was a captain in the Galactic Republic, a Human male who lived through the era of the Galactic War. Eventually, he became affiliated with the Order of Revan and abandoned the Republic, siding with the Revanite troops located on Rishi's Sky Ridge Island. On Rishi, he was the commander of a unit of former Republic Revanites, including Sergeants Varn and Edrinu Zaya. Milenec had a contentious relationship with Sith Lord Ivress, who led the ex-Imperial Revanite forces; even though they were united by a shared goal, he remained distrustful of his longtime foe. Following the capture of Theron Shan, a Republic Strategic Information Service operative, in Raider's Cove by Revanites, Milenec received intelligence regarding Shan's whereabouts within the primary Revanite base.
The destiny of Milenec and his soldiers is heavily influenced by the choices made by both factions, depending on whether light or dark side options are chosen. Republic players have the option to convince Milenec and his unit to apprehend Ivress, allowing them to go back to the Republic, or to give up on the Revanites completely, leaving them without any options. Imperial characters have the ability to deceive Milenec into double-crossing Ivress, again ensuring he has no future with either side, or they can trick Ivress into imprisoning Milenec's unit for treason. Alternatively, they can simply execute him.
