Mindran, a Sith Lord of old, had his image carved into the citadel's rocky surfaces on Exegol around 35 ABY. Kylo Ren, who was both the Supreme Leader of the First Order and the Master of the Knights of Ren, journeyed to Exegol to face Darth Sidious, the Dark Lord of the Sith. During his passage through the Sith Citadel, he identified several statues of Sith Lords etched into the walls, figures familiar from his academic pursuits.
Among the individuals he recognized were Locphet, Felkor, Sissiri, Naga Sadow, and also Mindran. In that location, Kylo Ren also perceived their incomprehensible murmurs, together with the well-known voice of Sidious, a voice he had been hearing since his youth.
The initial reference to Mindran occurred within the pages of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: A Junior Novel, a 2020 book in the Star Wars universe penned by Michael Kogge.
