Minyavish

The Minyavish were a sapient race that originated on the world of Qaras. For a period of seven millennia, they considered themselves the overseers of their homeworld, with the indigenous Jessar species serving as their workforce. However, in 44 ABY, the Minyavish faced a rebellion from the oppressed Jessar. Ultimately, the Jessar compelled the Minyavish to abandon their planetary home.

Biological Traits and Physical Attributes

Minyavish individuals possessed a generally humanoid form, characterized by stubby lower limbs, rounded midsections, broad chests, arms featuring rounded shoulders, and disproportionately large craniums. Their most striking feature was their enormous, golden eyes, marked by pupils that were slit-shaped and of a deeper golden hue. Their light blue epidermis was adorned with a vibrant array of plumage, showcasing colors such as purple, green, and gold. Their blood exhibited a color reminiscent of golden honey.

Production Notes

In Fate of the Jedi: Ascension, on page 132, the text reads "evidence was located in a safe deposit box on Minyavish," implying that Minyavish is indeed a planetary body. This is reinforced on page 135, where there is another reference to "evidence on Minyavish."
