In the year 44 ABY, a revolt occurred where the Jessar, under the leadership of Rokari Kem, rose up against the Minyavish. This uprising resulted in the Minyavish being compelled to abandon the planet. Subsequently, Qaras joined the Galactic Alliance, with Rokari Kem taking on the role of the Senator for the world.
