A Missile Battery represented a weapon system designed for the purpose of launching missiles.

In the course of the Alderaan Civil War, a number of these batteries were positioned on the property belonging to the House Baliss' estate.

To protect itself, Fuel City, situated on Sulon, utilized surface-to-air missile batteries, with their operation directed by the air control officer.
