The events of the Mission to Corellia unfolded during 14 ABY.
After reports surfaced concerning cult related activities on Corellia, Kyle Katarn and Jaden Korr were dispatched to Coronet. Their assignment was to determine if local fears were justified, or if the Disciples of Ragnos were genuinely involved.
Katarn and Korr received an urgent distress signal originating from a maglev train, indicating an active attempt to detonate it. They discovered that mercenaries were infiltrating the train, utilizing cargo ships as their method of entry. Katarn instructed Korr to disembark onto the train to prevent its impending crash into a nearby structure. Katarn, meanwhile, took to the skies in the Raven's Claw to confront the invading cargo ships.
Korr's progress toward the train's locomotive required him to leap across numerous freight cars, engaging enemies in combat along the way. He soon confirmed the presence of explosives but successfully defused the bomb. Korr faced and eliminated multiple mercenaries, including J'aahn and Hokk, and even fought several Sith Cultists in duels. Ultimately, Korr reached the locomotive and brought the train to a halt, while Katarn effectively neutralized the mercenaries' cargo ships.
Within this level of Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, certain dialogue instances identify J'aahn as a cultist. This is a direct reference to Soldier of Fortune, another title developed by Raven Software. Both games feature a dialogue exchange involving characters named John and Hawk, referencing "Station 6C." (Note: This can be mistakenly interpreted as 6E.) In Jedi Academy, the names are altered to "J'aahn" and "Hokk."
Occasionally, the lightning present within the level's background weather can strike both the player and enemy characters.
