Hokk was a follower of the Disciples of Ragnos, a group aiming to resurrect the Sith Lord Marka Ragnos, who had passed away in 5000 BBY. In 14 ABY, Hokk, along with individuals like J'aahn, participated in a scheme to immobilize a cargo train within the lively Coronet City, the capital of the planet Corellia. Jedi Padawan Jaden Korr and Jedi Master Kyle Katarn, present in Coronet City to look into accounts of Disciples of Ragnos actions, received an urgent message from the cargo train. Korr rapidly headed to the location; upon the Padawan's arrival, Hokk was on his way to rendezvous with J'aahn at Station Six-C, but Korr intervened and thwarted the cultists' plans.
Hokk's vocal performance was featured in the Raven Software game Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, which launched in 2003.
