The rogue Sith Lords Maul and Savage Opress, accompanied by their new comrades in Death Watch, journeyed to Mustafar to persuade the Black Sun to assist in their planned takeover of Mandalore. Following the rejection of Maul's offer, Opress used his double-bladed lightsaber to decapitate the majority of the Black Sun's leading figures; Ziton Moj, a Vigo who was the only criminal to survive, then consented to provide resources to Death Watch.
