A Mistryl Assault Trooper is seen on Naboo
Mistryl Assault Troopers were a specific type of soldier serving within the ranks of the Mistryl Shadow Guard. Following the conclusion of the Galactic Civil War, several of these troopers were tasked with guarding the Mistryl safe house located on Naboo.
The Mistryl Assault Troopers made their debut in Star Wars Galaxies, a video game from 2003. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was the product of development by Sony Online Entertainment and publishing by LucasArts. The game was shut down on December 15, 2011. The troopers were incorporated into the game through the Azure Cabal questline, which was launched as part of the "Chapter 6" update on May 22, 2007. Notably, the game featured a spelling error, referring to them as "Mystril."
