Mojo functioned as a captain within the Clone trooper ranks. He fought for the Grand Army of the Republic throughout the Clone Wars.
Mojo, holding the rank of Captain, received orders in 20 BBY to join a Jedi group. This group included Jedi Masters such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Plo Koon, Bruu Jun-Fan, Grohto, Ko Solok, and the Padawan named Tatsu. Their mission was to locate and confront Darth Maul, the recently revived Sith Lord, along with his sibling, Savage Opress.
