A mollusk recordkeeper
The term mollusk, also spelled mollusc, referred to a wide array of species characterized by a soft, fleshy body often protected by a shell. For instance, consider the Paklarn grist mollusks. Certain intelligent beings, such as the Gungan, utilized non-sentient mollusks as a source of food. Notably, mollusk jerky, a delicacy on the Inner Rim planet of Pijal, was crafted from mollusk meat. Furthermore, there was at least one known sentient mollusk race.
