Mone, an Inleshat, was the offspring of Primor, the head of the School.
His father viewed him as lacking responsibility, and he had the initial encounter with Lando Calrissian and Luke Skywalker when they arrived on the world seeking Tay Vanis. Mone joined them on an expedition to Gamandar. While there, they were taken prisoner, but thanks to R2-D2, they managed to break free. After their return to Iskalon, they discovered that the floating city of Pavillion had been obliterated by a massive wave, resulting in the deaths of Mone's spouse and his father. Subsequently, Mone assumed the role of leader. He prohibited the Alliance from revisiting Iskalon to avert another Imperial assault.
Subsequently, he formed a relationship with Dania Francis, who aided him in understanding the desires of the populace and discovering comfort within his own emotions.
