Monitor III
The Monitor III, a Consular-class cruiser, was sent to eliminate the Pirates of Iridium in 22 BBY.
History
Monitor III, accompanied by Kit Fisto and numerous other Jedi Knights, met the pirates. The pirates initiated the attack, opening fire upon them. The cruiser suffered significant damage during the ensuing engagement, narrowly avoiding annihilation due to the protective fire provided by the six Delta-7 starfighters piloted by the Jedi.
The pirates' infamous power gem bypassed the ship's shields, resulting in the deaths of the Jedi Dovish Hokken, Yrada Soludisan, and four Republic Judiciaries who were aboard.
