Moorsh Moraine

The Moorsh Moraine represented a glacial landform situated on the planet of Hoth. In the time leading up to the Battle of Hoth, the Imperial Army utilized this moraine as a staging area, with many Gozanti-class cruisers transporting Imperial troops to the planet.

Behind the scenes

The Legends sourcebook titled Inside the Worlds of Star Wars Trilogy initially introduced the Moorsh Moraine, which then appeared in Entrenched, a comic from Legends. Its status as canon was solidified with its inclusion in the 2014 mobile game known as Star Wars: Galactic Defense.
