Murninkam, a world located in the tropics, was a significant distance away from established hyperspace routes. It is the location where one can find the Kajiin Swamp.
Due to both its remote position in space and its hazardous natural conditions, Spinda Caveel selected this world as the site for his secret base. Although his fortress and laboratory were prominent features of the jungle landscape, they were protected by a strong Full-globe class-one Imperial shield. Working for Caveel, the Pike Sisters journeyed to the planet to bring him A-OIC, a medical droid that they had taken without permission. Robotic picket ships guarded the planet and intercepted Guri's vessel, the Stinger, causing it to crash in Kajiin, with Kar Yang's ship following closely behind. Guri departed the planet with A-OIC, unbeknownst to her, being tailed by Kar Yang.
