In the era of the Thrawn campaign, following the Battle of Sluis Van, Grand Admiral Thrawn made his way back to Myrkr as retribution for the events of the Rescue on Myrkr. He correctly suspected the presence of the Wild Karrde within the system and attempted an interception using the Immobilizer 418 cruiser called the Constrainer. However, the smugglers successfully evaded capture due to Mara Jade, who sensed the impending Imperial assault.
